2. Shipping date:
Orders placed via the online shop www.tryb.com.pl are shipped the next business day after receiving the payment.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

4. Delivery costs of DHL express international shipments
The costs of international shipments depend on where the parcel is going to be sent - the store system will calculate the appropriate price for shipping after you type the name of your country (in your basket, during placing an order). International parcels are sent by courier. There is a table with shipping prices below.

5. Information about shipment of the order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic message from the shop system informing you that your order has been dispatched.
6. Customs duties and taxes
All customs duties (if any) and taxes that may be charged in the buyer's country are paid by the buyer. We settle with the Polish customs and tax office and we pay all the Polish charges.
7. Distant territories
The above price list for overseas shipments does not apply to areas classified by DHL express as so-called "remote areas". Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure the shop's system to include shipping costs to such locations. Therefore, if DHL adds a charge for so-called "remote areas", we will inform you of this and ask you whether you accept the increased shipping cost or cancel the order.
8. Dangerous and restricted locations
The above price list for overseas shipments does not apply to locations considered by DHLexpress to be particularly dangerous or countries subject to trade restrictions. If your delivery location is in such areas, we will not be able to process your order. Should this happen, we will inform you immediately and refund the amount paid.

We pack the jewellery in jewellery boxes for FREE! - this is our standard :)
