- Postal parcel

- personal pick up in Poznań. If you choose this option, please call us at 660 123 013 to arrange a convenient time for us both. Please contact at least one day in advance of your planned pick up date. Obviously, personal pickup is a free from charge option.

2. Shipping date

Orders placed via the online shop www.tryb.com.pl are shipped the next business day after receiving the payment.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic message from the shop system informing you that your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING JEWELRY ABROAD

We ship worldwide. Please write us an email stating: the country, zip code and city where you wish our jewelry to be delivered. On this basis, we will check, how much shipping to your place of residence currently costs. If it is necessary to ship abroad, we arrange everything by email.

Important! All customs duties (if any) and taxes that may be charged in the buyer's country are paid by the buyer. We settle with the Polish customs and tax office and we pay all the Polish charges.
