To choose the bracelet, you need to know the tightly measured circumference of your wrist. Below, in a few short points, you will find instructions on how to do it and what NOT to do to get correct results.

How to measure your wrist?

Take a tape measure, wrap it tightly around your wrist. Write down the result.

If you do not have a tape measure, you can quickly prepare a "measuring tape" from a strip of paper cut out of a sheet of paper.

Measure with such a paper tape measure exactly in the same way as with a normal tape measure. That is, wrap it tightly around your wrist and write down the result.

What not to measure your wrist with?

Do not use rulers, set squares or building measures. Only a tape measure or a disposable paper tape measure will give you a reliable result, because it is flexible and thin, so it won't falsify the result.

What not to measure?

Don't measure other bracelets to find out the circumference of your wrist.

Why not to measure another bracelet?

Because measuring it flat, will give you a false result. Look below - it's the same bracelet. Measured flat, it's 20 cm, and fastened and measured around the inside circumference, it's 18 cm.

Where did those 2 cm go? It's material shrinkage. Leather rolled into a circle or oval is compressed from the inside. That's why measuring a bracelet unfastened and measured flat is different than measuring the inside circumference of a fastened bracelet. Moreover, measuring a circumference of fastened bracelet will also give you a different result than tightly measuring your wrist, because the bracelet usually has some slack.

That's why we always ask for the tight circumference of your wrist.

Why send the new bracelet back and pay for the shipping and size reduction when you can measure your wrist correctly.

What happens next with the wrist measurement result?
