General conditions of personal data processing by the administrator.
Your data is processed in legal way, on a basis of permission given by you.

The processing of your data is necessary mainly to:
- carry out the order,
- proper bookeeping.
Your data may also be processed at your request. You can request correction, update or deletion of your data. You have a right to access to your data, delete them or limit the processing. You have a right to object to processing and transfering your data. At any time you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of their processing, which has been made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. Whose data are processed?
I process data of customers who buy online at www.tryb.com.pl and put individual orders to personalized jewelry. These data are provided directly to us by customers during account registration or during shopping/purchasing without registration.
What data are processed?
Name and surname, address, email address, phone number, your bank account number or your Paypal username.
Who can your data be forwarded to and why?
If you place an order, that has to be shipped, your data will go to companies or institutions that transport and deliver your parcel.
By default, a receipt is issued for each paid order. If you ask for an invoice instead, a copy of this invoice will go to the bookkeeping company with whom I have a contract for the bookkeeping.
What is the processing period for personal data?
The data is processed only for the period necessary to complete and ship your order.
What is the period of storage of personal data?
The data is stored for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of completing your last order.
In what processing procedures the data can be used?
I use the data for bookeeping of your payment (bill or invoice), preparing shipping documents, addressing a parcel, archiving the data. The data is also processed to send you the shipping number of your parcel or to contact you in case of any doubts regarding the order.
How are personal data protected?
Personal data is protected by an SSL certificate installed on the website www.tryb.com.pl. Thanks to it, the data you provide is sent to the store system in an encrypted form.
We also protect your data, by avoiding to forward them to any company or institution, unless it is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of your order.
The data is also protected thanks to the fact that TRYB is a micro-company, so there is no employees, who could have an access to the administrative panel of the online store or the company e-mail box.
But how about cookies?
Cookie is a small text file that is saved and retrieved from your computer or mobile device during subsequent visits. We do not use cookies to store your personal information, or to disclose information to third parties. You can easily erase cookies from your computer or mobile device using your browser.
