Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Detaily information about vouchers:

1. A gift voucher is a paper card with a unique discount code. It allows to the bearer to purchase a product at www.tryb.com.pl with the discount up to the value of voucher. The voucher is not an electronic payment instrument, electronic money instrument or payment card.

2. Voucher can be redeemed only at www.tryb.com.pl. You can use it to purchase any available article (one or many) from our works in the online store.

3. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

4. Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

5. The voucher is valid for the bearer. It means that it can be used by any holder.

6. We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. The voucher holder is entirely responsible for protecting it against destruction, loss, theft or loss in any other way.

7. To redeem the voucher:

- go to www.tryb.com.pl

- select the article (one or many) which you want to purchase and add to the basket

- click "Have a promo code?" in the basket on the right side and enter your voucher code.

- place your order as usual.

8. Important information:

* voucher value does NOT cover shipping costs. You have to pay for shipping your order.

* if the purchased product has a higher price than the value of the voucher, you have to pay the difference.

* if the purchased product has a lower price than the value of the voucher, the unused amount can be spent on next purchase at www.tryb.com.pl (the store system will generate a new discount code for the amount left for use).

* in case of return a product purchased using a voucher, the payment (or a part of a payment) which was done using a voucher) will be returned to the voucher balance and can be used for next purchase.
