A fairy-tale castle pendant with a dragon made of watch parts

There is some kind of a story in this unique medallion, the ending of which you have to tell by yourself.

This hand-engraved pocket watch case, once found by me at an antiques market, has gained its second life in our artistic atelier, becoming a setting and an inspiration for a hand-made, unique pendant with a dragon. The drawing of a medieval castle engraved on the lid, I had sculpted inside of it - it is a three-dimensional miniature made of watch parts. Nevertheless, this is not the end of the plot which this fairy-tale pendant from an old watch talks...

because there is a mechanical beast above the golden surface of the lake. A dragon that came to plunder the city or maybe appeared at someone's call?... and this is where your imagination comes into a play. What do you see in this scene? What possible endings could it have?
